SHALLOW MOUNT TELESCOPIC ROAD BLOCKERS

SHALLOW MOUNT TELESCOPIC HYDRAULIC ROAD BLOCKERS
Techno Team Shallow Mount Road Blockers are Hostile Vehicle Mitigation (HVM) solution and provides maximum security for highly sensitive vehicle access points, providing protection against unauthorized vehicles. Techno Team Shallow Foundation Road Blockers are ideal where deeper foundations are not possible / practical.

With a foundation depth of just 300mm
Low installation costs significantly by having a shallow foundation and a decreased foundation area

Testing of Techno Team Shallow Mount Hydraulic Road Blocker has been analyzed including FEM impact testing according to BSI PAS 68, IWA 14-1 & ASTM 2656 standards.

The drive unit is electro hydraulic but in a case of power failure or an emergency situation, road blocker can be controlled (raised or lowered) manually with the help of manual hand pump

STANDARD HPU: Hydraulic unit is specially designed for road blockers and bollards. Standard components are like that; manometer, manual hand pump, oil level and temperature gauge, direction control valves, pressure adjustment valve, IE2 high efficiency electric motor.
DC OPERATION (DCO): In case of power failure, suitable to powered up to 10 full cycles without electricity. This system is working online type and can be automatically switch between AC and DC power. Additional system components are like that; heavy duty battery charger (inverter), DC Power Pack, Dry-Gel Type Batteries and etc...
EMERGENCY FAST OPERATION (EFO): In case of emergency, optional Emergency Fast Operation system raises the road blocker to fully up position in less than 1 second, thanks to high-pressured accumulator. This feature is activated by the panic button on remote control keyboard or any external signal such as Techno Team Rising Arm Barrier’s crash detection
